• The services of this plan exclude any physical configuration and repair of hardware. In case of any pre-existing hardware malfunction or diagnostic failure of device, we recommend you to intimate the respective manufacturer.
• This is a flat rate service for the health check of your PC. Netzez will charge additionally for services that are not defined in the scope of this plan.
